Introduction
The Global Executive Summit (GES) convenes senior leaders from across the semiconductor value chain to drive collective progress on the industry's most pressing energy and decarbonization challenges. Following the inaugural summit in Tokyo in 2025, GES returns in 2026 as the Executive Summit on Energy and Sustainability, held in Taipei, Taiwan.
Tokyo established four priority initiatives now under active delivery: Gas Substitution, Abatement, Clean Electricity, and Fab Upstream Materials. Taiwan moves that work from alignment to execution.
This is an invitation-only event.

隨著 AI 運算規模快速擴張，資料中心與 AI 系統的電力架構正面臨結構性轉型。當單顆 GPU 功耗逼1,000W、機架功率密度提升至100KW以上，供電效率、功率密度與散熱能力已成為限制算力發展的關鍵瓶頸，傳統矽基電力技術亦逐漸接近其設計極限。在此趨勢下，化合物半導體(GaN、SiC)憑藉高耐壓、高頻與高功率密度優勢，正加速導入 AI 伺服器與資料中心電源系統，並逐步邁向規模化應用。
本論壇將從應用需求、製造布局、材料技術與製程設備四大面向，探討化合物半導體在 AI 時代電力架構轉型中的關鍵角色，以及台灣供應鏈的技術機會與發展定位。
