Introduction

Following the inaugural GES in Tokyo in 2025, the GES returns in 2026 as the Executive Summit on Energy and Sustainability to be held in Taipei, Taiwan, bringing together senior executives from across the semiconductor value chain to drive collective progress on the industry's most pressing energy and decarbonization challenges.

This is an invitation-only event.

Building on the foundational commitments established at GES 2025 in Tokyo, this year's summit is structured around two sessions.  All times are Taiwan Standard Time.

講師簡介

鮑敦川擁有豐富的國際稅務及投資諮詢經驗，涵蓋兩岸三地、印度與南向等地區，在任職期間，他積極參與了跨境佈局稅務顧問服務、兩岸三地上市輔導、跨國併購稅務諮詢等專案，並與各級稅局進行談判協商。近期積極投入與PwC印度聯盟所合作協助輔導兩地企業跨國投資，提供相關諮詢與顧問建議服務。

郭耿聰為目前擔任印度企業 Digital Doctor總經理 、Dixon Technology獨立董事以及經濟部工業局『台印度產業合作工作小組』顧問。郭耿聰先生累積多年科技業之管理經驗與資歷、曾任職於美商惠普、聯電集團及擔任美商科林研發之副總裁兼台灣區總經理，並成功在短時間內為公司創造優異的成長績效。郭耿聰先生於2005年加入聯發科，並於2007年升任聯發科印度分公司總經理，成功協助公司在印度市場從落地到深根，在其11年的印度管理職涯中，對於印度文化磨合、人員管理、組織設計與績效制定等管理議題累積豐厚之實務經驗與實績。

印度政府從2020年開始發布三大激勵計劃大力扶持電子製造業，包括生產關聯的激勵計劃（PLI），電子元器件及半導體製造推動計劃（SPECS）和電子製造集群計劃（EMC 2.0），於2022年公布印度半導體任務 (India Semiconductor Mission；ISM)以制定和推動印度發展半導體和顯示器製造設施以及半導體設計生態系統的長期戰略，積極鼓勵外資及本土大型企業投資半導體，而近期批准的三項印度半導體廠計畫，更將共同創建高性能運算晶片於電動車、高效能運算、電信、國防、汽車、消費性電子、電力電子和顯示器。受惠於政府大力支持，再加上新興應用與數位需求帶動，印度的高科技和半導體市場不但處於蓬勃發展階段更持續攀升，預計到2026年將突破550億美元。

為促進產業菁英、科技領袖與印度政府官員之間的合作交流，印度電子和通訊技術部（MeitY）與印度半導體任務（India Semiconductor Mission，ISM）、印度台北協會（India Taipei Association，ITA）以及SEMI國際半導體產業協會攜手合作共同舉辦印度-台灣半導體高峰論壇India-Taiwan Semiconductor Forum in Taiwan。
