隨著碳揭露逐漸成為企業基本要求，碳管理的下一步，已不只是完成盤查與揭露，而是如何真正進入企業治理與營運決策。RESETCarbon本次分享將從全球碳揭露趨勢出發，透過國際揭露框架的發展，以及台灣企業面對的轉型路徑。分享實際企業案例如何建立一致、可追溯且具責任歸屬的碳管理機制，並將碳排放、能源、供應鏈與成本資訊，實際連結至生產布局、採購及投資決策。當碳數據不再只是年度報告中的數字，而能支持管理階層做出決策，碳管理才能真正從「揭露」走向「治理」。
Speaker’s Biography
Ellen is an impact investor and founder of Resilient Solution Hub, where she focuses on two areas: Ethical AI and Sustainable Solutions for Enterprises. She partners with companies building responsible AI systems and scalable sustainability solutions that help enterprises navigate the transition to a low-carbon, technology-driven economy.
Previously, Ellen was an investor and General Manager at Reset Carbon, an environmental consulting firm with 17+ years of experience in Asia, helping Fortune 500 businesses in Apparel, Electronics, Real Estate, and Food & Beverage reduce their global carbon footprint and meet carbon neutral goals. Reset Carbon was successfully acquired by LRQA, marking a successful exit.
Prior to her sustainability work, Ellen had a successful career in Fintech as Chief Information Officer and Chief Data Officer at financial services firms including Manulife Insurance and HSBC. With over two decades of experience in technology and sustainability, she has worked internationally across New York, London, Hong Kong, and Shanghai.
Ellen holds degrees in Mathematics & Economics from Smith College, a Data Science degree from the MIT Digital Program, and a certification in International Relations and Quantitative Methods in Economics & Business from Harvard.
