What is FlexTech
FlexTech, a SEMI Technology Community, focuses on the growth, profitability and success of flexible electronics, by developing educational forums, directing research, development funding and advocating for the technology. Members of FlexTech receive benefits which provide them commercial advantages in a competitive marketplace. We offer both tangible benefits–such as speaking opportunities, introductions to key players in the industry, research reports and technical funding–and intangible benefits–such as end user education, industry advocacy and networking opportunities. The needs of the members drive the work and mission of FlexTech.

FlexTech, headquartered in Milpitas, California, is devoted to fostering the growth, profitability and success of the flexible and printed electronics supply chain, and the many application areas enabled by this new class of electronic intelligence. FlexTech offers expanded collaboration between and among industry, academia, and research organizations for advancing flexible, printed electronics from R&D to commercialization.
We believe that tomorrow, the world will be healthier, safer, simpler and smarter because of advancements in flexible electronics.
VISION
Built upon an ecosystem of successful R&D collaboration; FlexTech is accelerating the creation of flexible electronic products that will enrich our daily lives and make the world safer, smarter, and healthier.
FlexTech retains and builds on USDC’s successful public/private technology development strategies. In conjunction with our government partners, we fund technical projects and demonstrators, while facilitating communication in emerging technology areas.
