What is the ESD Alliance?
The Electronic System Design Alliance (ESD Alliance), a SEMI Technology Community, an international association of companies providing goods and services throughout the semiconductor design ecosystem, is a forum to address technical, marketing, economic and legislative issues affecting the entire industry. It acts as the central voice to communicate and promote the value of the semiconductor design industry as a vital component of the global electronics industry.

ESD Alliance committees provide the forum for member companies to address issues of common concern. These issues include export and government related issues, licensing and prevention of software piracy, interoperability and operating systems, events and education, and market information. The alliance also serves as the voice of the electronic system design community. The committees are chaired and staffed by subject matter experts from member companies, with the support of the ESD Alliance governing council.

As a SEMI member, activation into the ESD Alliance is simple, with no additional cost beyond your SEMI membership. Contact Julie Rogers ([email protected]) for information and details.
Fill out the ESD Alliance Membership Form and return it to Julie ([email protected]). Your application will be reviewed by the ESDA Governing Council, and you will be notified of your acceptance.
