Mission

The SEMI Energy Collaborative (EC) brings together the semiconductor value chain, energy providers, and policymakers with a shared mission: to transform the industry’s energy landscape and achieve 100% low-carbon electricity (LCE) by 2040. By aligning collective demand, shaping policy, and accelerating innovation, the EC unlocks the gigawatt-scale renewable energy needed to decarbonize semiconductor manufacturing worldwide and set a new standard of ambition for technology, infrastructure, and investment ecosystems.
