COVID-19 Protocols
We Are Excited to Welcome You Back to the Pacific Northwest Forum
Your health and safety are our top priority. SEMI Americas (“SEMI”) monitors developing federal, state, and local health and safety recommendations and requirements to determine the most appropriate safety protocols for our in-person events.
The Pacific Northwest Forum health and safety guidelines outlined below continue to evolve and will be updated as necessary to help support a safe experience for all attendees on-site.
PROOF OF COVID VACCINE OR COVID NEGATIVE TEST
All Pacific Northwest Forum attendees are required to provide either:
COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card to verify their status as fully vaccinated.
Negative COVID-19 test result for a COVID-19 test taken within 72-hours prior to arrival at the time of registration badge pick-up.
RELEASE AND WAIVER FORM
In order to complete your registration, a release and waiver form will be required to read and agreed upon.
Note: Please review the RELEASE AND WAIVER FORM and sign it during your registration process. You will not be given your registration credentials without proof of compliance with these requirements.
FACE COVERINGS
At this time, in line with state and local regulations, all individuals are required to wear a face covering while attending Pacific Northwest Forum.
SEMI requires face coverings to be worn indoors by all persons, regardless of vaccination status.
Face coverings may only be removed to engage in activities that inherently cannot be done with them on, such as eating and drinking.
We are monitoring this closely and will continue to adjust our face covering requirements to align with state, local, and venue requirements at the time of the event.
INCREASED SANITIZATION AND HYGIENE
Pacific Northwest Forum has worked closely with Biamp Systems, Beaverton, OR to implement cleaning and sanitization standards that meet or exceed the recommendations of the CDC.
It is the responsibility of everyone to maintain personal hygiene, including the use of hand sanitizer and washing hands frequently.
SEMI is committed to upholding the health and safety standards outlined on this page. We will continue to monitor the guidance of public health authorities and government agencies going forward and will make appropriate adjustments in the future based on that guidance. Additional details about policies and procedures will be posted here as they are made available.
According to SEMI, the U.S. has seen a 50% decline in its share of global semiconductor manufacturing capacity over the last two decades. Federal and state incentives are needed to attract many more new, large-scale microelectronics manufacturing investments in the U.S.”
Join leaders in Congress and industry experts to discuss the impact of federal and state incentives for US semiconductor manufacturing and other policy developments.
