Matthew Dalton, Air Force Research Laboratory

Matthew J. Dalton is a Research Chemist and Program Manager within the Soft Matter Materials Branch of the Materials and Manufacturing Directorate at the Air Force Research Laboratory. 

Mr. Dalton obtained his BS in Chemistry from Wright State University and his MS in Materials Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

He works to execute the branch’s applied technology development portfolio developing and demonstrating new wearable sensor concepts for the aerospace environment enabled through advanced flexible, nanostructured, or biological materials. He currently manages the Materials for Aeromedical Technology and Care Program developing low-cost sensors for the En Route Care mission.
