• SEMI Standards and Safety Guidelines PDFs are encrypted. Downloaded files will only open if Adobe Acrobat and the FileOpen Acrobat Digital Rights Management (DRM) plug-in are used. PDF Files opened using the browser option require current versions of Chrome, Edge, or Safari.
• Device hardware and operating systems must comply with the FileOpen plug-in or mobile application requirements.
