為迎接未來產業科技變革的契機與挑戰,政府提出「晶片驅動臺灣產業創新方案」(簡稱「晶創臺灣方案」),第一期自113年啟動,主要運用我國半導體晶片製造與封測領先全球的優勢,結合AI等關鍵技術發展創新應用,提早布局臺灣未來科技產業,並推動全產業加速創新突破。 本方案設立「晶創臺灣方案推動辦公室」核心任務為策略規劃及計畫管考,以協助達成整體方案目標和提升執行成效。策略規劃旨在以設計未來晶片驅動各產業創新發展的策略路徑圖,並針對四大策略布局提出短、中、長期的目標與運作框架,以及產官學研協作機制,以作為各策略布局規劃與執行的框架與指引。計畫管考則透過銜接科技政策諮詢專家室現有的管考模式與成果,確保各相關計畫執行目標與四大策略布局的一致性,加速達成晶創臺灣方案目標。 Taiwan's Chip-Based Industrial Innovation Program (CbI), launched by the Government in 2024, aims to accelerate the integration of IC and AI technologies. On the one hand, it strengthens and consolidates Taiwan’s global leadership in semiconductor design and manufacturing. On the other hand, it paves the way for AI-driven innovation across all industrial sectors. The program aims to support large enterprises as well as small businesses. To implement and advance Taiwan’s Chip-based Industrial Innovation Program (CbI), the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) established the CbI Promotion Office in 2024. The office monitors global technology and market trends, analyzes semiconductor and AI developments, and provides strategic recommendations to keep the program responsive and forward-looking.
