SiC Alliance was founded in 2010 in order to strengthen the network of the members of 3 national projects for SiC research. The main objectives are promoting the R&D regarding SiC to contribute realizing the “Low –carbon society”. Also, we started to support the commercializing the systems involving SiC devices by providing useful information to use the SiC devices properly.
