Dr Han brings nearly 20 years of experience in Power Generation, Renewable Energy, Energy storage and UPS sectors. His career began with Siemens Energy in Charlotte, NC, USA, where he progressed from factory floors and service sites to executive boardrooms, rising through the ranks from Senior Engineer to COO and ultimately Regional Executive. This journey took him across the U.S., Europe and then Taiwan, offering invaluable international leadership experience, successfully led diverse teams across multiple continents, navigating complex changes and challenges.
Currently serves as GM for Hitec power protection in APAC, oversee sales and operations, ensuring the delivery and support of critical services through safe, reliable, conditioned, and uninterrupted power supply solutions. Our key customers span semiconductors, data centers and various industrial sectors such as oil and gas, transportation, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, government projects, and more.
Looking to the future, Dr Han is dedicated to fostering greener, safer, more sustainable, resilient, and efficient operations, while actively supporting the transition toward a cleaner energy future.

韓博士在發電、再生能源、儲能與 UPS（不斷電系統）領域深耕近20年。其職涯始於美國北卡羅來納州夏洛特的西門子能源（Siemens Energy），從工廠現場與服務扎根，一路歷練至高階管理層，職務由資深工程師逐步晉升為營運總監（COO），最終擔任區域高階主管（Regional Executive）。
這段職涯歷程橫跨美國、歐洲及台灣，累積了寶貴的國際領導經驗，並成功帶領分佈於多個國家的多元團隊，在複雜的變革與挑戰中持續推動業務成長與組織發展。
目前，韓博士擔任 Hitec Power Protection 亞太區總經理（GM, APAC），全面負責區域銷售與營運管理，致力於透過安全、可靠、穩定且不中斷的電力供應解決方案，確保關鍵服務的持續運作與技術支援。
其主要客戶涵蓋半導體、數據中心，以及石油與天然氣、交通運輸、製藥、基礎建設、政府專案等多元工業領域。
展望未來，韓博士將持續致力於推動更綠色、更安全、更永續、更具韌性且更高效率的營運模式，積極支援全球邁向潔淨能源與低碳未來的轉型。
