Paul Boudre joined the company in 2007. Soitec chief executive officer since January 16, 2015.
A semiconductor-industry veteran of more than 30 years, Boudre gained extensive international experience through his previous positions managing industrial operations for IBM Semiconductor, STMicroelectronics, Motorola Semiconductor, and Atmel. From 1997 to 2006, he managed European operations for KLA-Tencor, one of the world's top five semiconductor equipment manufacturers. He was subsequently appointed vice president for both the US and Europe.
Boudre holds a graduate degree in chemistry from France’s Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Toulouse.
