全球能源轉型已不可逆，離岸風電作為綠能發展核心，正推動各國邁向淨零碳排與能源自主。台灣憑藉優越風場條件、政策支持及產業潛力，已成為亞太地區具潛力的離岸風電市場。然而，面對國際競爭加劇與技術快速進步，本土供應鏈升級刻不容緩。論壇以「打造世界級供應鏈，引領台灣離岸風電新時代」為主題，聚焦市場趨勢、技術創新與供應鏈策略，探討如何強化台灣競爭力、吸引國際投資，並借鑒全球經驗，打造亞太能源樞紐。與會者將掌握最新產業資訊、技術發展與合作機會，共同推動台灣成為區域風電發展重鎮，驅動綠色經濟新紀元。

The global energy transition is now an irreversible trend, and offshore wind power, as a cornerstone of green energy development, is driving countries toward net-zero emissions and energy independence. Taiwan, with its favorable wind conditions, strong policy support, and robust industrial potential, has become one of the most promising offshore wind markets in the Asia-Pacific region. Facing intensified international competition, rapid technological advancement, and the need to upgrade its local supply chain, Taiwan must strengthen its competitiveness and attract global investment.

The forum, themed “Building a World-Class Supply Chain: Leading Taiwan’s Offshore Wind Power into a New Era,” brings together policymakers, industry leaders, academics, and investors to examine market trends, technological innovation, and supply chain strategies. Participants will explore ways to enhance Taiwan’s position in the global wind power industry, learn from international best practices, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
