Chyi Lee was founded in 1985, and currently a leading cleanroom FFU manufacturer in Taiwan. The Topwell brand FFU's were used in most cleanroom constructions in Taiwan since 2014. Currently Prowell LLC has expanded its product lines to various filters which can be used with the FFU's.

However, in the semiconductor and electronics industries, vendors are required to provide technical support to the manufacturing line.
