We provide carefully developed, high performance software that integrates SECS/GEM/OPC standards with state of the art technologies for process data collection, information distribution, information analysis, and supervisory control. By carefully combining our creative development efforts with selected open source software, we are able to provide superior function and value. Our software is being used with the latest 300mm tools as well as with non-GEM, and non-SECS equipment.

MIT Lincoln Laboratory is a federally funded research and development center (FFRDC) operated by Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a mission of technology for national security and an emphasis on microelectronics. We are located on Hanscom Air Force Base with a prime contract with the Air Force defining most of our work. After undergoing chemical coagulation, precipitation, and dehydration treatment, calcium fluoride sludge is generated. Calcium fluoride can serve as a mineralizer in cement production, thus the calcium fluoride sludge can partially substitute some cement ingredients.
