Founded in 2019, as a pureplay fabless design house for SiC Power Devices, fastSiC define our own mission is to expedite the transformation of power electronics from Silicon to Silicon Carbide by providing customers reliable, high efficiency and easy to use products and cooperation with customers to explore and innovate with new ideas. fastSiC have brought into mass production 650V, 1200V and 1700V SiC MOSFETs and SBDs, qualified by automotive standard for power devices, AEC-Q101. We sell discrete power devices (from SMD packages such as DFN8x8, TOLL to through-hole packages such as TO-220 and TO-247) to customers with our own brand and also serve as chip providers for our power module customers.
