Vision SEMCE supports collegiate-level vocational education and training in Washington State to fill critical Advanced Manufacturing jobs with well-qualified individuals in high-growth, high-potential wages and career paths. Mission The Center serves as the statewide liaison to business, industry, labor, and the state’s educational system. Its goal is to create a highly skilled and readily available workforce dedicated to principles of diversity and inclusion, which are critical to the success of the industries driving the state’s economy and supporting Washington families.
