Toplus dedicate on hydrogen purification, generation, and PEM fuel cell for more than 12 years. Our electrochemical purifier is able to separate hydrogen from mixed gas which contain nitrogen or other inner gas under ambient pressure(80% H2 Recovery). This is the first hydrogen purifier can operate in safety condition. The H2 output purity is higher than 99.999%. It meets the requirement of EUV, MOCVD, Si Epitaxy, and other processes exhaust hydrogen. Recycling the hydrogen helps to reduce the cost, carbon footprint, and solves the hydrogen supply shortage issue.
