Our products are vacuum gate valve, plasma cleaning system, Etching & Ashing system and gas purifier & PSA system in semiconductor and FPD industry. One of the new product, particle free valve and softstart valve were installed in the newly 300mm FAB. The plasma cleaning system which is called FRG system is usded for effective cleaning the by-products on the TMP, foreline, valve and dry pump in Etch/CVD/Metal/Diff process.
