Tartan Silicon Systems, Inc. is focused on eliminating electronic systems failures. We have a patented technology that measures a chip’s change in characteristics due to aging during device operation. Combining this technology with device characterization for failure, we build machine learning models to predict in-field chip failure. The sensors are capable of self-reporting for potential failure with minimal computational overhead. Our solution focuses on applications in which field failures have high costs. We are focused on addressing Silent Data Corruption in loud/AI computing and addressing functional safety in automotive applications.
