After undergoing chemical coagulation, precipitation, and dehydration treatment, calcium fluoride sludge is generated. Calcium fluoride can serve as a mineralizer in cement production, thus the calcium fluoride sludge can partially substitute some cement ingredients. 本公司設立於1992年，2009年於宜蘭冬山廠開窯點火，啟動水泥生產事業，『潤泰水泥』正式問世；2012年，取得潤弘精密建材事業部門，接續發展預拌式泥作建材事業（泰固美特耐）；2014年擴大營業規模，除既有營業項目外（潤泰水泥、泰固美特耐），更加增室內設計與施工業務（潤德室內設計工程）。因應多樣化業務，公司同步更名為潤泰精密材料股份有限公司；2015年公司股票掛牌上市，股號8463，同時為提供消費者更樂活及優質產品，成立創新研發中心。 半導體產業在生產過程中使用氫氟酸進行清洗和晶片蝕刻，產生的廢水中含有氫氟酸蝕刻劑。經過化學混凝、沉澱、脫水處理後，會產生含氟的氟化鈣污泥。氟化鈣可作為水泥生產過程中的礦化劑，有助於降低燒成溫度、促進熟料中礦物形成，達到節能減碳的效果，實現廢棄物資源化利用。
