QuantumBloom

QuantumBloom solves the talent retention crisis of women in STEM, with a focus in semiconductors, by providing a development programs that includes curriculum, community, coaching, manager engagement and mentorship. By 30, 68% of women with STEM degrees leave STEM careers (20% in the first 12 months after graduating). We address the root causes and bring and evidence-baased approach. We offer three pathways: Coach-led Cohort model (comprehensive programming for women and their managers), ERG-in-a-Box (monthly facilitated programming), and Subscription (on-demand platform with digital community). Our Year 1 results demonstrate impact: 100% program retention, 100% STEM career persistence, 50% promotion rate, 100% confidence improvement, and 100% of participants planning to stay in STEM. We bring semiconductor expertise through the SMART USA Workforce Advisory Board and research collaboration with the Semiconductor Research Corporation.
