Precision Polymer Engineering Ltd (PPE) manufactures high performance O-rings, wafer handling components, suction parts, custom seals and door seals for critical semiconductor processes. PPE’s elastomer material brands include Perlast® perfluoroelastomers (FFKM), Kimura® and Nanofluor® which provide unique performance characteristics. PPE components are designed to provide excellent mechanical properties with extended high temperature performance and improved chemical resistance. Specially developed compounds offer best-in-class plasma resistance and ultra-pure unfilled grades which do not contain carbon or inorganic fillers: these materials offer extremely low trace metal content to minimize particle generation and electrical defects, and maximize yields.
