Founded in 1994, MSTECH specializes in PCB depaneling routers and automation equipment, earning long-standing trust from major domestic corporations and global automotive electronics companies. Key exhibits include a next-generation memory module router and a laser cutting system. The memory module router supports advanced memory semiconductor production and provides integrated functions such as inspection, cleaning, and defect data management to improve productivity and process stability. The laser cutting system is optimized for semiconductor laboratories and advanced process analysis, enabling precise real-time wafer cutting while minimizing particle generation. MSTECH holds over 70% share of the domestic PCB router market and operates two production facilities with an annual capacity of up to 1,800 units.
