Company Profile
MIT Lincoln Laboratory is a federally funded research and development center (FFRDC) operated by Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a mission of technology for national security and an emphasis on microelectronics. We are located on Hanscom Air Force Base with a prime contract with the Air Force defining most of our work.
We have a 200mm wafer fabrication line with 90nm node full-flow technologies spanning extreme-environment CMOS, advanced imagers, photonics, digital and quantum superconductors, gallium nitride, and more. We have automated optical inspection and defect management that supports prototyping complex integrated circuits on these platforms.
We maintain Department of Defense Trusted Supplier accreditation and ISO9001:2015 certification. We can fabricate work classified up to collateral secret and have access models supporting collaboration with small and large commercial entities.
