Since 1996 SCHUPP® Ceramics has been developing, producing and selling high-temperature metallic-ceramics solutions, approved for heat treatment processes of e.g Si, SiC, GaN or GaAs. With a broad portfolio of innovative materials, we offer customized products for the most demanding industrial requirements.
We provide vacuum-formed 3-dimensional insulation shapes UltraVac, made of non-classified polycrystalline mullite/alumina wool (PCW). These parts are being used as cylinders, rings or vestibule blocks in CVD-, hydrogen-, oxygen and diffusion-furnaces up to 1.600 °C (2.912 °F) operation temperature. PCW-insulation contributes to the stability and safety of high-temperature installations.
We also combine heating elements of molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2) and insulation according to your demand. Our heating systems allow process temperatures even up to 1.450 °C (2.552 °F), strongly depending on
