Founded in 1993, Jusung Engineering became the first Korean company to achieve globalization in the field of core equipment business for semiconductor, display, and solar cell manufacturing. In the early 1990s, despite the rapid growth of advanced semiconductor devices in Korea, all core semiconductor process equipment was entirely dependent on imports. In response, Jusung, with its innovation, developed the very first semiconductor deposition equipment and components using proprietary technologies in Korea.
