JESCO is dealing with representative ESC products as LAM 6/8" Anodizing, TEL 8/12" SCCM, AMAT 8/12" Ultima, NOVELLUS 12", and also dealing with MCA LT, DT of Heater products as well. We already supply our ESC and Heater products to the US, Singapore etc. and it’s making a remarkable leap forward by exploring new market of China and Taiwan since the second half of the 2016.  In addition, we have focused on developing new technologies and achieved patent applications and registrations of the strengthen ESCs chucking force by providing a new bipolar electrostatic chuck and its manufacturing method, which can inhibit interference or short circuits between electrode patterns while fine controlling the width of the separation between electrodes patterns. Furthermore, with electrostatic discharge with porous layers have achieved patent application and registration and has been certified by the Corporate Sub-Commission Research Institute to focus on research for technology development.
