INNOJET was established in 2022, focusing on the development of Aerosol Deposition (AD) coating technology and Amorphous Metal (AM) injection molding and 3D printing technology. AD technology is currently used in advanced semiconductor etching components, effectively increasing component lifespan, reducing particle contamination, and improving process yield. Additionally, AD technology can be applied to medical implants to enhance the wear resistance of artificial knee joints, optimize the surface properties of bone screws and plates, and enable room-temperature coating of antibacterial layers and growth factors, thereby accelerating bone healing or significantly extending the lifespan of implants. Beyond its applications in semiconductors and medical devices, AD technology, due to its excellent characteristics, also finds applications in aerospace, component cooling, passive components, and even solid-state electronics. In the field of amorphous alloys, our company collaborates with a German company to develop AM injection molding and AM 3D printing technology.
