Hermes-Epitek was founded in 1977. Starting as a semiconductor equipment agent, we have established a strong foundation in semiconductor and front-end technologies. Over the past 48 years, we have worked closely with our partners to support customers across the industry. Our accomplishments include the successful development of ICP Etchers, Ion Beam Implanters, and MOCVD systems, as well as the launch of mass production for SiC substrate manufacturing. Headquartered in Taiwan, we also operate in the United States, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, and China, with a global workforce of over 1,200 employees.
