Element Aero is a global R&D and consulting company that was founded in 2002. Several activities of interest to the semiconductor community includes: - R&D in radiation sources for applications such as microelectronics testing and wastewater treatment - Development of a variety of specialized light sources for research and manufacturing - Consulting in systems engineering - Advising on matters of energy and the environment - State-of-the-art analytical and metrology lab with capabilities such as materials analysis, sub-20nm lithography, imaging, etc. The lab includes capabilities of generating water-window photons for everything including carbon k-edge spectroscopy and operates on a contract basis, allowing for rapid R&D on novel systems and processes.
