Bond Optics is a U.S.-based manufacturer of ultra-precise flat optics, specializing in components for semiconductor, lithography, and advanced metrology systems. With over 60 years of experience, Bond operates from a 33,000-square-foot facility in Lebanon, New Hampshire, delivering mission-critical optics to some of the most advanced technology platforms in the world. Our semiconductor customers rely on Bond for optical components that demand extreme flatness, parallelism, and surface quality. We routinely deliver optics with flatness better than λ/40 PV, surface roughness below 3 Å RMS, and parallelism within 1 arc second. Our integrated polishing and metrology workflows support applications from EUV and DUV photolithography to wafer inspection, alignment, and interferometry. Bond supports a wide range of materials including fused silica, ULE, Zerodur, silicon, and high-stability optical glasses. In-house CNC machining allows us to produce lightweight, complex geometries that meet the thermal and mechanical demands of leading-edge semiconductor tools. Certified to ISO 9001 and AS9100D, Bond Optics combines the quality systems of an aerospace supplier with the responsiveness and customization required in the semiconductor space.
