Appsilon BV (Netherlands) is a vertically integrated R&D and manufacturing company specialising in CVD diamond materials. Using proprietary reactor architecture and advanced plasma chemistry, we own the full production cycle: growth-parameter optimisation, laser micromachining, and precision polishing. Our portfolio covers polycrystalline (PCD) and single-crystal (SCD) diamond in Electronic Grade ([N] at ppb levels) and Quantum Grade (NV-centre functionalised), grown along (100), (110), and (111) planes, from SCD substrates up to 20×20 mm to PCD wafers up to 2 inches. Products include high-power optical components, thermal heat spreaders for GaN/SiC electronics (1800 W/mK, CTE 1.0–2.5 ppm/K), and quantum-grade material for NV-centre sensing and navigation, homoepitaxy diamond substrates and high-power electronic components. Appsilon serves and supplies defense, photonics, and advanced semiconductor packaging customers internationally, with customized advanced diamond materials.
