Appsilon BV is a vertically integrated R&D and manufacturing enterprise specializing in the synthesis of high-specification single and polycrystalline diamond materials. By leveraging proprietary CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) reactor architecture and advanced plasma chemistry, we maintain a full-cycle production flow—from reactor engineering and growth-parameter optimization to final component fabrication. Our material portfolio includes precision-engineered substrates (up to 20 mm x 20 mm) and large-diameter wafers (up to 2 inches), with growth controlled along (100), (110), and (111) crystallographic planes. We provide materials with tailored chemical and isotopic purities, ranging from Electronic Grade (characterized by [N] concentrations at ppb levels) to Quantum Grade (functionalized with Nitrogen-Vacancy [NV] centers). The Appsilon product range encompasses high-power diamond optics, specialized plates, and industrial diamond blades and cutting tips. To ensure optimized thermal, optical, and mechanical performance, we integrate specialized in-house waterjet laser micromachining and precision polishing services.
