Founded in 2010 in Poitiers, France, Agileo Automation provides software solutions for semiconductor equipment manufacturers to control, connect, and qualify their production machines. Our A²ECF-SEMI framework accelerates equipment software development by integrating SEMI standards including SECS/GEM and GEM300, as well as robot-based wafer handling with off-the-shelf EFEM platforms and user interfaces for operation and maintenance. Agileo supports OEMs worldwide from design to fab acceptance, helping reduce equipment time to market. We have strong experience in bringing equipment from lab to fab. Agileo contributes actively to the SEMI community through participation in standards task forces and the implementation of SECS/GEM, GEM300, and EDA standards in production equipment.
