北京市塑料研究所始建于1964年，主要从事塑料加工成型工艺、生产与应用开发等技术研究。从1981年开始对PFA树脂进行注射成型技术的研究并试制清洗硅片承载器，并相继试制出2寸、3寸、4寸、5寸硅片承器，已在国内多家企业广泛使用。Founded in 1964, Beijing Plastics Research Institute is mainly involved in technical development of Plastics processing, production and applications. The Institute started the development of injection molding technology for PFA resin in 1981 and manufactured on trial the manually washed wafer carries. And it developed successively 2 inch, 3 inch, 4 inch and 5 inch wafer carriers.
