Review of previous session / 上届会议回顾
On September 26th, the fall meeting of the SEMI Standards China HB-LED TC & Compound Semiconductor Materials TC were successfully held at International Ballroom Winlong International Hotel. More than 90 committee members, consisting of experts from more than 42 enterprises and scientific research institutions attended the meeting, including JINGAN, AURORA, AMEC, SMTC, AK OPTICS, ETI, Monocrystal, BST, GHTOT, Sinopatt, HIT, Nata, CRRC TIMES, Epiworld, Xinguan Technology, Dynax, Enkris Semiconductor, Innoscience, CR MICRO, TANKEBLUE, NORSTEL-FJ,etc.
由SEMI中国主办的HB-LED标准技术委员会2019年度秋季会议、化合物半导体标准技术委员会首次会议于9月26日在福建省泉州市安溪县永隆国际酒店顺利举办。来自福建晶安、奥瑞德、中微半导体、兆驰半导体、德豪润达、同鑫光电、昂坤视觉、Monocrystal、兆远科技、南大光电、中图、丹东新东方、皓天光电、哈工大、博蓝特、深圳第三代半导体研究院、株洲中车时代电气、瀚天天成、华润微电子、芯冠科技、英诺赛科、天科合达、北电、能讯、晶湛等42家企业及科研院所的90余位委员及专家代表参加了会议。
