The semiconductor industry is filled with exciting jobs and extraordinary people. There is a tremendous number of career opportunities for students, jobseekers, and professionals from other fields, but oftentimes, these opportunities are unknown or not well understood. And, one-third of American youth say they have no plan for their future after graduating from school.

SEMI Foundation and Tiggbee are working together to change that number and inspire our future workforce. We have partnered to create compelling 5-minute videos featuring diverse speakers from companies across the microelectronics value chain who give students first-hand knowledge on how their skills and talents can be used at member companies, spread brand and industry awareness, and create passionate future employees.
Tiggbee uses these videos in an interactive platform created to ignite students’ passions for their future careers. SEMI Foundation is leveraging this platform to also inspire jobseekers and professionals to find their place the semiconductor industry.
These videos are shown in school districts across the country as well as at industry and educational events and beyond. In the last year, we have reached more than 3.5 million people with these videos, creating powerful connections between students and industry.
