Priya Mukundhan is a Senior Director of Product Management in the Metrology Business Unit at Onto Innovation. She started in 2000 as an advanced applications scientist at Rudolph Technologies and served in various positions in R&D, and product line marketing. Priya has a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering and an MBA from Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, NJ, USA. Priya is a member and past co-chair of the Women in Semiconductors (WiS) committee, and is most passionate about mentoring and building a pipeline of women in the semiconductor workforce. As part of The New York Academy of Sciences 1000 girls, 1000 Futures Initiative, she was involved in mentoring young women interested in pursuing careers in STEM. Priya was most recently involved in the Mass High Tech Council Women in Leadership Group Mentoring pilot program.
