Bridging the Gender Gap Through Allyship

What roles do allies play and how can they ensure that women are supported and provided opportunities for growth and promotion to positions of leadership? What are effective strategies to in terms of allyship? What are the best practices around allyship to create a culture that fully leverages the benefits of diversity — one in which women, and all employees, can bring their unique ideas, perspectives, and experiences to the workplace?

Shari Liss, Executive Director, SEMI Foundation will lead panelists through the discussion and exploration of the vital role allies play in the success of women throughout various stages of their careers, as they pursue opportunities and overcome challenges.
