Garima is a Supply Chain Research and Development Engineer. She has experience in multiple supply chain areas including lithography, wet-etch and advanced filtration. Her innovations in supply chain have generated significant improvements in business process. Prior to Intel, Garima worked at other Fortune 100 companies

Garima co-leads Intel’s largest employee resource group; Women at Intel Network (WIN), Oregon chapter and serves on Intel RISE Technology Initiative (IRTI) Social Equity Human Rights Action Room. She also drives Diversity & Inclusion programs at Intel. Garima is a recipient of 2019 STEP Ahead national award by National Association of Manufacturers and serves on the Manufacturing Institute’s Diversity and Inclusion advisory committee. In SEMI, she leads Manufacturing Diversity Ownership working group. Garima holds a master’s degree in Global Supply Chain Management from Portland State University and Bachelor’s in Computer Science. She is also an adjunct faculty member at Portland State University’s School of Business.
