Danielle A. Baptiste, Vice President & General Manager, Enterprise Software, Onto Innovation
Danielle Baptiste is the Vice President & General Manager of Enterprise Software at Onto Innovation, a worldwide industry leader in process control and smart manufacturing. Having spent over twenty years working in technology, she has led global organizations spanning engineering, sales and marketing, and product and program management. She was recently featured as one of the “Top 50 Women Leaders of Massachusetts for 2023” and her passion for developing high performing teams and partnering for success is evident in how she approaches new challenges.
A certified Project Management Professional and agile Scrum Master, Danielle continues to broaden her learning and experiences to bring best in class software to market. Before her tenure at Onto Innovation, she held the role of associate Vice President of product management at HCL Software, and prior to that, she served as an Executive Director of offering management at IBM, along with other roles there over nearly 15 years. Earlier in her career, she led technical consulting engagements at State Street Bank, JP Morgan Chase, and other fortune 500 companies in Boston and New York City.
Danielle is a champion of women in technology and is passionate in helping others cultivate their own talent. She lives on the north shore of Massachusetts with her two teen daughters, where she serves on the board of the Newburyport Education Foundation in an effort to bring additional innovation and community support into the local schools.
