Alicia Scott, Senior Director of People, Culture and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) at onsemi, has spent the past 25 years working her way through the engineering and now human resources career ladder to build a best in class organization. With changing demographics, increasing demand from customers, and mobility across borders, Alicia’s mission at onsemi is to shift how the organization attracts, retains and develops talent to create a more inclusive environment that leverages diversity effectively. Alicia is a results-oriented leader who delivers using an open communications and data-driven approach to direct global teams, influence stakeholders and achieve goals for re-positioning the business. At the direction of board and executive team, she has developed a comprehensive global DEI strategy resulting in at least 3% net improvement in diversity metrics y-o-y. Alicia is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology where she received her BS in Microelectronic Engineering and Arizona State University- W.P. Carey School of Business where she earned her MBA. In her free time, Alicia can be found spending time with her husband, enjoying sports and traveling.
