Dr. 
studied material science from 2007 to 2012 at the University of Technology Dresden (DUT). Afterwards he joined Leibniz Institute for Solid State and Materials Research Dresden (IFW Dresden) as research scientist (2013-2016). This employment built the base for his PhD in material science that he received from the DUT in 2016. Likewise in 2016, he joined X-FAB Semiconductor Foundries AG as a research engineer for optical sensor characterization. In 2018, he became a member of the X-FAB MEMS BU team working as a team leader for 3D-packaging and micro-transfer-printing (2018-2020) and acts meanwhile as program manager for the micro-transfer-printing developments.
