MaryTheresa Pendergast has a range of experience in development and commercialization of membrane-based solutions for the microelectronics and water-energy markets. As Director of Engineering in the Microcontamination Control Division at Entegris, MaryTheresa heads a global team of product and process development and applications engineers to deliver leading edge filtration products. Prior to joining Entegris in 2018, MaryTheresa served as the Director of Research and Development at Oasys Water—a Boston-based start-up— where her team developed and commercialized novel solutions for treatment of the world’s most challenging waters through innovation in membrane performance and integrated systems design.
MaryTheresa is a recognized and established author in academic and industrial communities and has published more than two dozen journal articles and proceeding papers since 2007. She holds a Ph.D. and M.S. from the University of California at Los Angeles and dual B.S. degrees from Columbia University and Providence College.
