- Navigate to https://university.semi.org
- Enter your username and password
- If you have forgotten your password, click the forgot password link and follow the instructions to receive an email to reset your password.
- If you do not receive an email or do not have an account, click the Sign-up tab, enter your email, password, given name and surname to create your account
Access Courses
- Once you are logged in, Select the Course Catalog to view all the courses you are eligible to enroll or the My Courses page to view the courses you are already enrolled.
- View the Instructions (PDF) of Courses by Type (SEMI, Semitracks, UL Solutions)

The availability of the semi.org Login service to users in China is likely to be affected by changes that the Chinese government makes to the Great Firewall of China (GFW), in addition to the quality of internet service/local proxy.
