ABSTRACT
The state of Texas has provided $500 million in funding to TIE to develop state-of-the art 3DHI fabrication facilities. We will discuss the four pillars of TIE: Pilot Manufacturing Fab, 3DHI Manufacturing Technology Roadmap, Domestic Pathways for Technology Transfer, Workforce Development.
