BIOGRAPHY
Having a passion and curiosity for science and technology, Nicole pursued her academic journey at the University of Houston, where she earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Chemistry and Biology.
Nicole’s career started off in oil field chemicals where she made the change from a technical career path to one that focused on the commercial aspect of the business. After 10 years in oil field chemicals, she pivoted industries and joined Huntsman in 2021 as part of the Advanced Technology market segment that focuses on semiconductor and EV battery chemicals.
At Huntsman, Nicole serves as a Project Management Officer and the Americas Market Manager for the Advanced Technology business unit, where she plays a role in translating business requirements into actionable strategies and managing the innovation projects pipeline. Her expertise in EV battery chemicals and semiconductor chemicals enable her to spearhead successful product launches and drive revenue growth, while simultaneously strengthening client relationships and optimizing internal processes. She also analyzes market data and develops long-term growth strategies.
In her free time, Nicole enjoys immersing herself in nature, soccer, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
