BIOGRAPHY

Scott Jones is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal and leader of the Software, Technology and Services Practice, which includes the Semiconductor Practice at A&M.  With more than 20 years of consulting and industry experience working with technology clients, Mr. Jones has executed M&A transactions and transformations across public companies and private equity portfolio companies. He began his career at Intel in the Enterprise Products Group and worked with JP Morgan’s Equity Research team covering semiconductors before transitioning into consulting where he previously was a leader for AlixPartners and KPMG.
