BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Pugliano is a strategic leader whose career has spanned all major business functions within technology-driven, global manufacturing firms. He has held numerous commercial and technical leadership roles within electronic material and component firms. His contributions to cutting-edge products span fields that include materials for semiconductor and heterogeneous integration technologies, packaging and assembly, optical and electrical interconnects, conductive plastics, printing technologies, and display technologies. He specializes in innovation and business transformation to extract value from next-generation technologies. His work with OEMs, IDMs, small companies, and supply chain participants has led to solid, long-term partnerships, and business growth.
He holds a BS in chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh, a PhD in chemical physics from UC Berkeley, an NSF postdoctoral fellow in chemistry at the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Babson College. He is married with 3 grown sons and currently lives in Redwood City, CA.
